Congratulations to Heather Hays and Sam I Am for their accomplishments at the United States Pony Club Deep South Region Eventing Rally on April 24-26 in Folsom, LA, at Lagniappe Farms. Heather was a member of the first place Horse Management Team, and her team also was awarded second place in the riding portion of the rally. Heather and Sam achieved the second highest dressage score (out of over 50 riders) of 67%! Additionally, Sam I Am was awarded the BEST CONDITIONED HORSE award. Congratulations to a job well done! |

| Congratulations to Heather Hays and Boomerang for their recent showing at the MHJA May Madness show in Canton, MS. The two of them competed in Low and High Schooling Jumpers and received good ribbons. Additional congratulations go out to Daddy's Girl who was ridden (for the first time) by Trey Lawson of Oak View Stables. "Bella" and Trey were awarded two 1st, one 2nd, and the Reserve Championship in the High Schooling Jumpers. |
Congratulations to Leeann Smith and her horse, Whistle Dixie for their accomplishments at the State 4H Championship Show in Jackson, MS. Leeann and "Mighty" were State Champions in the Open Jumping Class and the Senior Dressage Class. They received a score of 73% on the Training Level Test 1! Additionally, they placed in the top ten in Working Hunter and Equitation Over Fences. Leeann and Mighty will represent the State of Mississippi at the 4H Regional Championship show in Little Rock, AR on July 31 -August 2. Congratulations and good luck at Regionals! |
